e-Stipend is an innovative idea of the Prime Minister of Bangladesh. The idea is to provide education to students who cannot afford to pay the fees. This can be done in several ways. One of them is to give them a free education. Another way is to pay them a small amount of money. And the third way is to pay them a larger amount of money and then give them free education.
So, the more students there are, the more money the university receives. And if the students get a good education, then the country will also benefit.
The e-Stipend program is intended for students who cannot afford to pay the fees.
